She was predeceased by: her parents, Taylor Lucas and Barbara Ramey Queen; her children, Barbara Nicely and Sammie Michael Ray Nicely; her brother James Garland Lucas; and her grandparents, Lena and Garland "Boo Boo" Ramey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Racheal Nicely of Huntington and Cara Dello of Wales, England; her grandchildren, Nyanna Taylor, Sophia Nicely and Alanah Taylor; her sister Samantha Noble (Junior) of Wayne; her stepsisters, Tina Ross of Venice, Fla. and Lori Osborne of Chillicothe; her stepfather Sammie Queen; her nieces and nephews, Barbara Spurlock (Marcus), Tyler Adkins, Jennings Noble and Julianna Noble; and her great-nieces, Journee and Sammi Spurlock.
