He is survived by: his children, Candy Boltz (Shaton Kellie) of Huntington, WV, Gilbert Boltz (Lena "Jake") of South Point, OH and Kenny Boltz of Huntington, WV; his grandchildren, Courtney, Kaylee, Sydney, Lakyn, Mackenzie, Levi, Sierra, Trevor, Brandon, Brandi, Shantell, Justine and Alaye; and his siblings, Paul Boltz, Becky Fetterman, Liz Tantinger, Thomas Gans and Mary Gans.
