He was predeceased by: his mother Esther Onita Shiley; his wife Deborah Boltz; his great grandchild Kaidynce Boltz; and his siblings, Reginald Boltz, Darlene Carter, Barbara Conrad and Barbara Hotz.
He is survived by: his children, Candy Boltz (Shaton Kellie) of Huntington, WV, Gilbert Boltz (Lena "Jake") of South Point, OH and Kenny Boltz of Huntington, WV; his grandchildren, Courtney, Kaylee, Sydney, Lakyn, Mackenzie, Levi, Sierra, Trevor, Brandon, Brandi, Shantell, Justine and Alaye; and his siblings, Paul Boltz, Becky Fetterman, Liz Tantinger, Thomas Gans and Mary Gans.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Henson and Kitchen Mortuary and Cremation Services (6357 E Pea Ridge Rd, Huntington, WV 25705). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Henson & Kitchen Mortuary & Cremation Services (6357 E Pea Ridge Rd, Huntington, WV 25705).
