She was predeceased by: her parents, George Crnkovich and Antonija Crnkovich (Visick); her husband Patrick "Pat" Caldwell; and her siblings, Monica Crnkovich, Marguerite Crnkovich, Annette Crnkovich, Nick Crnkovich (Marge) and Thomas "Tommy" Crnkovich.
She is survived by: her sister Antoinette "Toni" Paas of Huntington; and her close friends, Dick and Carol Simmons. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
