She was predeceased by: her parents, Gustav Olsen and Zelma Esther Wetzbarger Olsen; her husband Don Sullivan; and her brother Alfred Olsen. She is survived by: her family Brad Sullivan (Rhonda); her granddaughters, Stacy (Kevin) and Amanda (Cameron); her great grandchildren, Karson, Kipton, Kase, Klayton, Scout, Pike and Osborne; her brothers, Dwayne Olsen, Lyman Olsen and Arthur Olsen; and her caregivers, Sonja Adkins, Sara Withrow, Kathy Riggall, Amanda Ross, Patricia Watson and Melinda Rakes.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church 721 12th Ave, Huntington, WV 25701.
