He was predeceased by: his parents, Jennings O. Midkiff and Maxine Midkiff; his wife Lynn Midkiff; and his son Brian Allen Midkiff. He is survived by: his nieces, Paula Nelson Midkiff and Jil Midkiff Donahue. He is also survived by nephews, cousins and friends.
