He is survived by: his significant other Nancy Fazio; and also, John David Burnside (Edith) of Parma, OH and Christi Lynn Brummitt (Mike) of Proctorville, OH.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Henson and Kitchen Mortuary and Cremation Services (6357 E Pea Ridge Rd, Huntington, WV 25705).
