She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael E. Steele and Pamela K. Smythe Steele; her grandparents, Francis, Ellen Steele, Richard and Ellen Smythe; and her aunt Debora Smythe.
She is survived by: her son Hyden; her siblings, Anthony Steele (Heidi) of New Martinsville, WV and Tammy Frum (Nate) of Sistersville, WV; her aunt Joellen Meeks (Tim) of Sistersville, WV; her nieces and nephews, Emma Steele, Evan Frum, Sammie Frum (Matt) and Jacob Frum; and her great-niece Bailee Mae Jones.
