He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward Baker and Jo Ann Reed Baker. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Baker; his daughters, Amanda Springer (Eric), Christine Shoemaker and Charity Baker (Seth Jarrell); his grandsons, Holden, Cohen Springer and Griffin Jarrell; and his siblings, Gary Baker and Diana Young.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home (924 20th St, Huntington, WV 25703). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
