He is survived by: his parents, David Spurlock and Alah Spurlock; his siblings, Amie and Jeremy; his nieces and nephews, Hannah, Hayley, Emma, Delilah, Hunter and Briar; and his girlfriend Peyton Benton. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
