She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Gibbs and Helen Delores Sowards; her husband Harry Eugene "Junior" Norris; her siblings, Lawrence Gibbs and Linda Hoover; her daughter Kathy Ann Norris; her children-in-law, Larry Fischer and Kristin Norris; her grandchildren, Christy Lee Fischer and Matthew Ryan Norris; and her great grandchild Dillon Cole Horn.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Fischer, Brenda Cooper (Goble), Steven Norris (Jane), Timothy Norris (Jodie) and Harry Norris; and her siblings, Deloris Pennington, Donna Eplion, Sheila Holley, Danny Travis and Terry Travis. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren; and 6 great-great grandchildren.
