He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Harold E. Ward and Ellen Hazlett Ward. He is survived by: his wife Ellenda Meadows Ward; his sister Judith Ward Adkins; his children, Kimberley Ellen Ward Lynch (Randall) of Taylorsville, KY and Christopher Matthew Ward (Whitney) of Cattletsburg, KY; and his grandchildren, Declan and Falynn Ward.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Reger Funeral Home & Cremation Services (1242 Adams Ave, Huntington, WV 25704). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Reger Funeral Chapel (1242 Adams Ave, Huntington, WV 25704). A burial was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the White Chapel Memorial Gardens (3547 US-60, Barboursville, WV 25504).
