He is survived by: his wife Laura Gaskin Hazelett; his children, Evan Hazelett (Sara) and Shelby White; his grandchildren, Raegan and Wade White; his siblings-in-law, Jeff Gaskin (Anita), Greg Gaskin (Bev) and Peggy Ray; his nieces and nephews, Kristi Banks, Michael Gaskin, Shanna, Adam Gaskin and Andy Ray; and his pet Annie.
