She was predeceased by: her parents, Sarah Mae Evans and Floyd Harrison Winkler; and her sister Glenda Carter (James Woodrow Foster). She is survived by: her children, Steven Foster (Pamela Foster), Terry Foster (Maria Foster), Randy Foster (Amelia Foster), Joseph Foster, James Foster, Benjamin Foster and Jeremy Foster (Robin Foster). She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
