She was predeceased by: her parents, Vivian Rotan and Hattie B. Rotan (Scott); her husband Samuel L. Jackson; her sons, Samuel J. Jackson II and Jonathan "Bro" Jackson; her siblings, Consuelo "Connie" Jeffreys, Natalie Barnes, Buster, Ballard, Bobby, Bill and Buddy Rotan; and her grandsons, Brandon Jackson and Eric "Scotty" Jackson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Angela Rene Jackson, Tara McKinney (Noah), Tammy Snowden (Reggie) and Greta Jackson; her grandchildren, Chante'Mandola, Joshua Mandola, David Wade II, Dominique Wade, Ashley McKinney and Nicholas Jackson; her great grandchildren, Trinity Jackson, Erikai Jackson, Mekhi Dove, Marianna Patterson, Maniya Foster, Davian Jackson, Joel Smith, Londyn Wade and Samuel Wade; her sisters, Eva Layne and Rebecca Walker; and her sisters-in-law, Shirley Rotan, Cathi Rotan, Freddie Hardy and Constance Beavers.
