He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Rowe and Norma Rowe; and his siblings, Opal Cyrus, Doris Flowers, Ruby Jones, Lorene Hogsette, Leo Rowe and Junior Rowe.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Rowe; his sons, Richard Blackshire of Wheelersburg and Jeremy Blackshire of Coal Grove; his brother Thurman Rowe (Diana); his niece Jennifer "Little Normy" Bloss; and his great-nephew Braden “Mr. Pioneer” Bloss of Lavalette.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to Hospice of Huntington.
