It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Frank Maryland Napier Jr. of Huntington, West Virginia, born in Rock Island, Illinois, who passed away on January 2, 2024, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Napier, Sr. of Maryland and Beatrice Lucille Napier (Brumfield); his wife Carolyn Hart; and his brother Lloyd Robert Wheeler. He is survived by: his children, Donald Hart, Bruce Hart, Chris Hart and Terra Napier; his adoptive daughter Chloe Fischer; and his siblings, Louis Earl Wheeler, William Wayne Wheeler, Denny Alan Wheeler, Robert Eugene Napier, Timothy Jerald Napier, Teresa Ann Hammond and Angela Dawn Harrison. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations made to Henson & Kitchen Mortuary are requested by the family to help offset funeral expenses.
