He was predeceased by: his father Isaac Frank; and his sister Sandra Dee Horton. He is survived by: his children, Lyndsay Rusden (Allen), Jed Horton (Brittany) and Nathaniel Horton; and his grandchildren, Bexley Rushden, Adelyn, Lilly and Finley Horton.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Grace Gospel Church (1111 Adams Ave, Huntington, WV 25704). A celebration of life was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
