She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Crook and Cora Crook; her husband Arvie Leon Maynard; and her sister Mary Ann Cash. She is survived by: her daughter Sandra Thomas Herrold (Philip); her grandchildren, Rebecca Thomas (Joshua Gilkerson) and Joseph Thomas (Sarah Cummings Thomas); and her great grandchildren, Nellie Lynn Thomas and Fenton Leon Thomas.
