She is survived by: her siblings, Lackawanna Teams (Jim) of Ona, WV and Kevin Bannister of Atlanta, GA; her nieces and nephews, Jon Teams (Tracy) of Ona, WV, April Wilson (Dallas) of Ona, WV, Scott Teams of Huntington, WV and Nathanial Bannister of Columbus, OH; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Lauren, Andrew, Alex, Abby, Isaiah Isaac, Ashton, Ethan and Amelia; and her close friends, Melanie Mullins and Hazel Farley.
She was a member of Christ Temple Church, and a retired Registered Nursing working for Appalachian Regional Hospital, Mingo County Schools as a School Nurse and the American Foundation for the Blind.
