She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Leroy Boltz of Huntington, WV; her children, Candy Boltz (Shaton Kellie) of Huntington, WV, Gilbert Boltz (Lena "Jake") of South Point, OH and Kenny Boltz of Huntington, WV; her sisters, Regina Vanscoy, Karen Herr, Beverly Wolford and Tina Chinn; and her grandchildren, Courtney, Kaylee, Sydney, Lakyn, Mackenzie, Levi, Sierra, Trevor, Brandon, Brandi, Shantell, Justine and Alaye. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
