He is survived by: his son Tim Adkins (Kristi) of Stillwater, OK; his siblings, Ruby Dyer (Ken) of Lavalette, WV, Bernard Keith Adkins (Pauline) of Wayne, WV, Doug Adkins (Peggy) of Wayne, WV, Neil Adkins (Evie) of Wayne, WV and Toney Adkins (Drema) of Wayne, WV; and his sister-in-law Kim Adkins. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
