He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix G Woodward and Laura Miller Woodward; and his brother John. He is survived by: his wife Martha Cobb Woodward; his daughter Catherine Irving (Brian); his grandchildren, Andrew David Irving and Laura Cobb Irving; his brother Fred Woodward; and his sisters-in-law, Frances Cobb and Wanda Woodward. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hampton Room at Woodlands Retirement Community View (1 Bradley Foster Dr, Huntington, WV 25701).
