He was predeceased by: his father Harry Bert Blevins. He is survived by: his mother Jacqueline Campbell Blevins; his children, John Blevins (Jayne) and Christy Parsons (Carlas); his grandchildren, Luke, Drew, Cole, Weston Blevins, Allen, Eric and Reese Parsons; his great grandchildren, Hunter and Easton Parsons; his former wife Sandra Lee Blevins; and his brothers, Dale Blevins (Linda), Don Blevins (Anny) and Brian Blevins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rollins Funeral Home (1822 Chestnut St, Kenova, WV 25530). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
