He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Arthur and Irene Gibson Arthur. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Pennington Arthur; his children, Teresa "Terri" Arthur Lyons (Charlie) and David "Bub" Arthur, II (Crissy); his grandchildren, Seth Arthur, Wade Burchell, Brianna Chavez and McKenzie Burchell; his great grandchildren, Nicholas Arthur and Silas Chavez; and his brother Richard Arthur (Joyce). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
