He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Ann Stout (Utt); his siblings, Bernard Stout, Jr. and Sara Stout; and his brother-in-law Craig Williams. He is survived by: his father Bernard D. Stout, Sr.; his siblings, Lois Collis (Leonard), Louise Williams, Jeremiah Stout and Barbara Green (Bruce); his nieces and nephews, Brittany Dye (Chris), Barbara Dalton (Adam), Destiny Hayes (Nathaniel), Lance Stout (Ryleigh), Michelle Cogar (Ethan), Joshua Collis, Jordan Collis, Shayne Collis, Toby Willams (Kesha Barnhouse), Dustin Williams (Katie), Shayla Williams (Justin), Brielle Morland (Alex), Brennen Williams (Autumn), Alyssa Stout, Kadyn Green, Isaiah Green, Noah Green, Eden Green and Cillian Green; and his sister-in-law Liz Stout. He is also survived by great-nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist the family with expenses.
