He was predeceased by: his parents, Chancy Bailey and Helen Carter Bailey of Wayne, WV.; his grandson Dominic Izac Keen; and his brothers, David "Tudy" Adkins and Les Melman.
He is survived by: his wife Priscilla; his pet Bella of Huntington, WV; his grandchildren, Thomas "Kilroy" Keen (Madison Burdine) of Proctorville, OH, Alexandria Keen of Lacombe, LA, Charles Keen (Shannon Rigney) of Ceredo, WV, Stormy Wages (Justice Christian) of Ashland, KY and Thomas Spencer of Calabash, NC; and his great grandchildren, Angel Keen, Nevaeh Scott, Sophia Wages, Charles Keen Jr. and Merida Keen.
