He was predeceased by: his parents, James Linley and Martha Elizabeth Richardson Hart; and his siblings, Rhonda Lynn Hart and Reginald Thomas Hart. He is survived by: his wife Terri Lynn Johnson Hart of Huntington, WV; his sons, Thomas Alan Hart (Anna Marie) of Barboursville, WV and Shane Matthew Hart (Jamie Renae) of Barboursville, WV; his mother-in-law Dorothy Mae Johnson of Mason, WV; his sister Pamela Jayne Purich (Mike) of Sharon, PA; his half-sister Jamell "Nick" Hart of Hurricane, WV; his brother James Alan Hart (Millie) of Cool Ridge, WV; his sisters-in-law, Jennifer Hart of Hurricane, WV and Janell Call of Huntington, WV; his nieces, Gina, Allison, Kristin and Abby; his nephew Alexzander; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Elijah, Lyn, Alexandria, Eliza Mae, Kora and Kayde.
