He was predeceased by: his parents, James Karnes and Lizzie Karnes; and his wife Katena Karnes. He is survived by: his daughters, Christena Karnes, Kathy Friedman (Craig) and Billie Marie Karnes; his grandchildren, Scott, Meredith, Kassandra, Brittani, Zack, Despena and Marie; and his great grandchildren, Haley, Kamryn, Paisley, Zoey, Sophia, Pippa, Jameson, Palmer, Brooks, Sydney Rose, Amaryllis and Blaine.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly request donation to the American Legion Post 16, or St. George Greek Orthodox Church.
