He was predeceased by: his father Colonel William S. Miller Jr. (Marine Corps); and his sibling Dorsey Clement. He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Miller; his wife Leann Miller; his daughters, Renee Coker (Vance) of Ashland, KY and Stephanie Miller of Milwaukee, WI; his sister Anna Miller of Harper's Ferry, WV; and his granddaughters, Jenny Lynn Coker and Kinsley Coker.
