He was predeceased by: his parents, App Queen and Cora Parsons Queen of Wayne; his wife Lamina Faye Maynard Queen; his brothers, Arlie H., Dallas and Glenn J. Queen; and his grandson Ryan Matthew Queen.

He is survived by: his son Larry Preston; his daughter-in-law Janet Fay Queen of Huntington; his granddaughter Stacy Lynn Queen of Huntington; and his great grandchildren, Jacob Ryan Queen of Huntington and Taryn Makenzie Queen of Huntington.
