She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Patrick and Betty Ann Simmons Patrick; and her brother-in-law James M. Pack. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Smith; her children, Kessa Combs of Daniels, Mathew Lilly of Beckley, Tyler Lilly of White Oak and Morgen Smith of Flower Mound, Texas; her grandchildren, Nevaeh Lilly, Thea Lilly and Jiraiya Lilly; her sisters, Karen McBride (Arnett) of Jumping Branch, Lou Pack Lilly (Zina) of Jumping Branch and Debbie Lilly (Larry) of Cool Ridge; her mother-in-law Jackie Smith of Huntington; and her sisters-in-law, Christina Schrider of Huntington and Sherry Lord of Huntington. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
