He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Faye and Pauline Mildred Kincaid Chambers, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Chambers; his daughters, Cara Donohoo (Chuck) and Patricia Blake (Larry); his grandchildren, Candice Ward (Matt), Cory Donohoo (Ginger) and Kayla Blake; his great grandchildren, Mason, Carrigan Ward, Colton and Emmy Donohoo; and his brother Carter Chambers (Kathy).
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Vinson Memorial Christian Church or Hospice of Huntington.
