He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Sullivan and Nadine Plybon; his wife Shirley Ann Sullivan; and his daughter Carol Ann Sullivan. He is survived by: his son Steven Dewey Sullivan (Kim); his granddaughters, Hannah Grace Sullivan and Taylor Ann Sullivan-Amend (Devin); his great grandchild Falyn Nora Grace Amend; and also Arnold.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Reger Funeral Home & Cremation Services (1242 Adams Ave, Huntington, WV 25704). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Plybon Cemetery.
