He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Santostefano and Beatrice Santostefano (Lazzaro); his wife Kathleen O'Grady Santostefano; and his brothers, Frank and Alfred Santostefano.
He is survived by: his siblings, Anne Santostefano and Richard Santostefano.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Henson and Kitchen Mortuary and Cremation Services (6357 E Pea Ridge Rd, Huntington, WV 25705). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
