She was predeceased by: her parents, Jane Lee Fox and Larry Allen Pack; her children, Kenneth Lane Hodge and Janie Marie Gillman; and her grandson Austin Hodge.
She is survived by: her son Ronald Zachary Hodge; her sister Pamela Pack; her grandchildren, Mackinnley Hodge, Destiny Hodge, Tierra Carter, Tyler Gillman, Talon Gillman, Shane Akers, Breanna Hodge, Will Hodge, Jake Hodge and Aleethia; her nephew Tyler Workman; and her cousin Tammy Thompson. She is also survived by her uncles, aunts, cousins; and a host of friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the funeral home to help with the cost of her final expenses.
