She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Stanley Pannell and Marie Suthers Pannell; and her siblings, Harold Stanley Pannell, Neil Pannell and Winnie Patton.
She is survived by: her husband C. W. "Bill" Bias; her children, Harold Bias (Becky), Phyllis Johnson and Peggy Blatt (Jerome); her grandchildren, Jeff Johnson, Aaron Bias (Amy), Lisa Johnson, Christopher Blatt (Jenna), Leigh Norris (David), Ryan Bias (Lisa), Seth Blatt (Erinn) and Jeremy Blatt (Jordan); and her siblings, Lance, Danny Pannell and Sharon Pannell Wood. She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren.
