He is survived by: his brothers, Bill Hibbs of Radcliff and Bobby Hibbs of Marcellus; his wife Betty; his children, Deborah Kerr (Charles) of Kansas City, Steven Hibbs and Rhonda Sheets of Morgantown, WV.; his grandchildren, Travis Kerr, Ariel Kerr and Mia Hibbs; and his great grandchild Jordan Bell.
