He is survived by: his daughter Chrystal Rush Yeager; his grandsons, Isaac Price and Mason Rush; his brother James Rush (Sandy); his sister-in-law Juda Rush; and his nieces and nephews, Brian Rush, Mike Rush, Danny Rush, Jack Crihfield (Arminta), Judy Wilson (Eric), Tina Tucker, Dallas Tucker, April Crihfield, Jimmy Rush, Lisa Rush, Chris Rush and Stacey Rush.
