He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Lightner and Julia Lightner (Whipkey). He is survived by: his wife Charmaine Strait; his daughter Kelley Caprio (David) of Worthington, OH; his grandchildren, Lena Raibley (Lewis) of Brookline, MA and Domenick Caprio of Columbus, OH; his sisters, Shirley Higginson, Ruth Ann Sincavage (Chuck) and Wilda Kocher; and his brother-in-law Don Strait (Frances).
