He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Jones Benninghoff; his son Cody Benninghoff of Morgantown; his stepdaughter Season Rush of Morgantown; his sister Patricia Kennedy of Hundred; his brother-in-law David Hostutler of Hundred; and his granddaughter Aubryana Skye Benninghoff.
