He was predeceased by: his parents, Denzil C. Spragg and Tersie O. Sapp Spragg Bucher; his former wife Nellie Grace Spragg; his brother-in-law William C. "Bud" "Bill" Strope; and his siblings, John P. Bucher, Bonnie Longwell and Kathryn Hostuttler.
He is survived by: his brother Roger Spragg; his wife Shirley of Knob Fork; his grandchildren, Jolie and Austin Hayes; his pets, Harley and Tazz; and his friends, Tempa Steele, Linda Fordyce, Jerry, Kelly Tedrow, Ed Koontz, John and Melissa Hayes.
