He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Cole and Oakie Cole (Utt); his wife Mildred L. Cole; and his sisters, Lorine Meryl Cole and Beatrice Teagarden.
He is survived by: his children, Pam Bennett (Mike) of Ridgeley, WV, Gary Cole of Pineville, WV and Lisa Stephens (Doug) of Fairmont, WV; his grandson Jonathan Bennett (Ashley) of Martinsburg, WV; his daughters, Amanda Bennett of Ridgeley, WV and Sophie Stephens of Fairmont, WV; his great grandchild Anabelle Bennett of Martinsburg, WV.; his siblings, Burhl Cole of Fairmont, WV and Wanda Willey of Wileyville, WV.; and his siblings-in-law, Norman Williams of Wileyville, WV and Lucille Jolliff of Glenville, WV. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
