She was predeceased by: her parents, James C. Ford and Maxine Bass Elswick Ford; and her brothers, Robert Ford and Steve Ford. She is survived by: her husband Ralph Underwood; her children, Ralphie (Sherry), Sissy Harrison (Wayne Sr.) and Annette Waugh (Ricky); and her siblings, Gerald Wayne, Ralph Ray and Sheila. She is also survived by six grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren.
