She is survived by: her husband Edwin Smith; her children, Rollin Dennison (Beth) of Weston, Erlene Orndorff, Anne Surguy, Gail Hayes and Tammy Blevins; and her siblings, Eddie Barker and Tisha Hitt. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
