He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arthur Paul and Catherine Wilmot CapoBianco; his spouse Pam Riley; and his siblings-in-law, Sharon Pinkney, Buzz Vankirk of Weston, WV, Sally Bennett (Warren) of St. Mary and John Riley of Weston. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
