He is survived by: his brother Jerry Stout of Horner, WV.; his children, Adam Stout of Iowa, Ellie Adams (Casey) and Yvonne Skidmore of West Virginia; his grandchild Rylee Adams; his stepgrandchild Ashley Riesberg (Jayden) of Iowa; and his stepgreat-grandchild Paisley Riesberg.
