She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Gilmer Rexroad and Floda Virginia Rexroad (Bailey); her brother Emery Edward "Ed" Rexroad (Vicky Blackshire) of Horner, WV; her cousins, Linda Vance (Greg) and Dolores Townsend (Michael); her extended family Betty Bailey; and her caregivers, Charlene Wiant and Opal Jones.
