With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rosa May Casto (Hometown, West Virginia), who passed away on April 16, 2020 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Raymus Dillard and Gladys Marie Hedrick Adkins (Marshall Dwain "Chewy"); and her daughter Terri Fletcher of Hometown.
A celebration of her life will be held when the COVID-19 pandemic subsides.
