It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Oleta Ann Monk (Hometown, West Virginia), who passed away on November 29, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Everett Ratcliff. She is survived by: her parent Edna Dearth Ratcliff; her husband Robert Lee Monk; her children, Christina Lynn Teets (Rick) of Bainbridge, Lee Ann Henson (Larry) of Cartersville and Mark Frost (Glenda) of Albany; her siblings, Robert Ratcliff of Johnstown and Katie Spriggs of Logan; and her grandchildren, Travis Teets (Jill), Casey Teets, Lacey Teets, Scott Crace (Amy), Dawn Jones, Hallie Wood (Zachary) and Gregory Frost (Emily).
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 15829, Arlington, VA 22215.
