He was predeceased by: his parent Kenneth C. Ranson; and his siblings, Reba Hanna and Johnny W. Ranson. He is survived by: his parent Ethel D. King Ranson; his wife Eunice Harrison Ranson; his children, Charlene Ranson Davis of Hometown and Johnathan W. Ranson of Liberty; and his brother Jimmy Ranson of Scott Depot. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
